Policies

It is recommended (but not necessary) that you observe a class before enrolling. This way, you will better understand what is expected of you and your dog.

There is physical activity required of both the dogs and the owners throughout this course. If you have any health limitations please discuss this with us before enrolling for classes. We will make every effort to assist you with your special needs.

At the end of the first class, if you do not wish to continue, there will be a $50.00 charge, not including equipment. No refunds will be issued unless you notify us before the second class.

Because dog training takes concentration and commitment on the part of the owner, we ask that no child under the age of twelve (12) participate. Younger children must stay in the vehicle while on the training grounds.

Guaranteed Results

If your dog fails to show improvement by the end of the course, a full refund will be issued. This is provided you attended every class and worked your dog 15-20 minutes every day. If you wish to retake the course there is a $ 50.00 charge. There is no charge to take missed classes.
